Sizing depends on your height, weight, and skill level. Please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page, or visit our Phoenix or Mesa locations for a professional fitting.

Do you offer professional binding mounting and tuning?

Yes, we provide expert binding mounting, base waxing, and edge sharpening services. If you purchase a ski and binding package online, you can bring them into any Ski Pro AZ location for discounted installation.

What is your return policy for technical gear?

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted skis and used boots cannot be returned.

How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Large items like skis and snowboards are shipped in reinforced specialty boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Ski Pro AZ ships within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and customs duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.

Are the products on your website covered by a warranty?

All new equipment comes with the full manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a defect, contact our support team and we will assist you with the warranty claim process with the brand.
